MESIVTA TORAS MOSHE  (MTM)  |  1992-1996

MTM, a Talmudic high school for boys in Brooklyn, NY, was founded by R' Aron Dicker in collaboration with XØ:p in 1992. Begun with one Ninth Grade class of 12 students, each year thereafter another class of ninth graders was added until grades 9 through 12 were completed with a total of 48 students. MTM offered a comprehensive curriculum based on traditional Talmudic-based studies along with a NY State accredited General Studies program. MTM graduated its founding class in 1996, then ceased operations as R' Dicker left to serve as Dean of Students at Mercaz HaTorah in Belle Harbor, NY.  XØ:p assumed the role of Administrative Partner, and co-developed the education strategy, its curriculum and testing formats, and provided back-end administrative functions that included, management of staff & facilities, marketing & recruiting, public relations, fundraising and financial oversight.
