Natalia Porter

Wits Productions began as a creative collaboration between Natalia Porter and Allison Schlegel in 2004, and is now directed by Natalia Porter in New York and by Melisa Porter in Mexico City.

Wits’ work re-presents and re-thinks quotidian objects and suggests new kinds of readings for them, bringing a new character into the narrative of everyday life. By altering found objects, our work is able to re-visit them and subvert their functions into new “destinations.”

Our products have been featured at the MoMA design stores in New York City and Japan, and have been sold, published, and exhibited worldwide.
