The Old Grand Morgan Factory, to be known as INDUSTRIANA^®EW, is a six building, 250,000 SF industrial complex in the Industrial Business Zone (IBZ) in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It is currently in its first phase of renovation and redevelopment as a curated production facility for art, design and the creative industries. Live-work or live only will NOT be available at this building. INDUSTRIANA^®EW is being developed and will be operated by XØ Projects Inc. Additional information about the history and future of this complex will be added incrementally over the coming months.
