The Old Sackett & Williams Lithographing Factory, to be known as INDUSTRIANA^®EW, is a six building, 250,000 SF industrial complex in the Industrial Business Zone (IBZ) in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It is currently in its first phase of renovation and redevelopment as a curated production facility for art, design and the creative industries. Live-work or live only will NOT be available at this building. INDUSTRIANA^®EW is being developed and will be operated by XØ Projects Inc. Additional information about the history and future of this complex will be added incrementally over the coming months.

A complete list of tenants is not currently available.  ISCP, the International Studio & Curatorial Program < iscp-nyc.org > moved into INDUSTRIANA^®EW in Spring of 2008, and currently occupies close to 20,000 SF on three floors with 37 studios, 3 galleries and administrative offices.  A complete list of tenants is not currently available.
